Description
This course is ideal for complete beginners or those who have a very basic knowledge of the language. In this course you will learn how to order a drink in a bar, read a menu and understand prices.
Who is this course for?
This course is for anyone who is a beginner in learning Spanish.
This course is the second part of the beginner tier of learning Spanish.
Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements for this course; however, you will need to be able to read and write in English at Entry Level 3 to get the most out of your learning.
What you will learn
You will learn to give and ask for directions, using phrases like "go straight on" and "turn right/left," and describe routes to places. You will practice ordering from a menu, expressing opinions, and discussing meals. Additionally, you will role-play making room reservations, using dates, numbers, and accommodation vocabulary.
How you will learn
You will learn via practical exercises, presentations, group and pair activities and the completion of workbooks.
What will you need to bring
A notepad and a pen.

You will be assessed via practical activities, workbooks, group and pair activities and presentations.

You can enrol onto the next stage of the language programme.
What we expect from you
You are required to attend every session. The minimum required attendance for this course is 85%. Anything below this attendance will be reviewed by the Curriculum Development Manager and you may be withdrawn from the course and the outstanding course fees will still be payable.
