Description

Develop the key skills needed to successfully manage projects with this practical and engaging course. If you're new to project management, this course will provide you with the tools and strategies to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Through this course, you will:
- Learn the fundamentals of project management and the methodologies used in successful projects.
- Master how to set clear goals, track progress, and utilize project management tools effectively.
- Develop strategies for identifying potential risks and solving problems to keep projects on track.
- Learn how to communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.  

Who is this course for?
This course is for anyone who is intererested in learning the fundamentals of project management.

Entry Requirements
You also need to be able to use a computer effectively and have access to a good standard computer in order to be able to participate online.

What you will learn
You will learn core project management principles and methodologies, starting with how to set clear objectives, define milestones, create timelines, and use key project management tools. The course will also cover problem-solving and risk management strategies, as well as effective communication techniques and stakeholder management to ensure successful project delivery. Through this course, you will: - Learn the fundamentals of project management and the methodologies used in successful projects. - Master how to set clear goals, track progress, and utilize project management tools effectively. - Develop strategies for identifying potential risks and solving problems to keep projects on track. - Learn how to communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.

You will learn via practical exercises, presentations, group and pair activities and the completion of workbooks.

You need a computer with a good internet connection.

Your written work, undertaken in the online programme, will be assesed by your tutor.

What we expect from you
You are required to attend every session. The minimum required attendance for this course is 85%. Anything below this attendance will be reviewed by the Curriculum Development Manager and you may be withdrawn from the course and the outstanding course fees will still be payable.
