Who is this course for?
Our employability skills workshops are designed for anyone looking to boost their confidence and get job-ready. Whether you're returning to work, changing careers, or just starting out, these practical, bite-sized sessions will help you build key skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and interview preparation. They're a great way to take positive steps towards your next opportunity—at your own pace, with support along the way.
Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements for this course; however, you will need to be able to read and write in English at Entry Level 3 to get the most out of your learning.

How you will learn
You will gain knowledge via presentations, demonstrations, group discussions, question and answer sessions and practical exercises.
What will you need to bring
We will provide handouts and resources for your course. You will need to have pen and paper for additional notes, and you would benefit from having a memory (USB) stick to save your work on.
How you will be assessed
Your tutor will be there to support you every step of the way, offering helpful feedback to build your confidence and develop your employability skills.

What we expect from you
You are required to attend every session. The minimum required attendance for this course is 85%. Anything below this attendance will be reviewed by the Curriculum Development Manager and you may be withdrawn from the course and the outstanding course fees will still be payable.
