There are no entry requirements for this course—it's open to everyone, regardless of experience or background.

What you will learn
You will: Identify and develop your personal strengths and skills; Gain practical tips for completing job application forms effectively; Build and enhance your teamwork and collaboration skills; Learn techniques to boost your confidence for job interviews.

How you will learn
Learners will gain knowledge via presentations, demonstrations, group discussions, question and answer sessions and practical exercises.

What will you need to bring
You just need to bring a notebook, pen, and a positive attitude. All other learning materials will be provided.

How you will be assessed
Assessment will be based on a portfolio of evidence that you will compile throughout the course. This portfolio will demonstrate how you meet the assessment criteria for each unit within the qualification. You will gather evidence from activities, practical exercises, and written tasks completed during the course. Your tutor will provide feedback and guidance to help ensure your portfolio meets the required standards and supports your ongoing development. If successful, you will achieve an Entry Level 3 Certificate in Employability Skills from City & Guilds, a recognised qualification to boost your job prospects.

What we expect from you
You are required to attend every session. The minimum required attendance for this course is 85%. Anything below this attendance will be reviewed by the Curriculum Development Manager and you may be withdrawn from the course and the outstanding course fees will still be payable.
