Description
This CPD course equips wraparound practitioners with the knowledge, confidence, and practical strategies to create inclusive, welcoming environments where every child and family feels valued. Participants will explore inclusive practice, supporting children with additional needs, recognising and addressing unconscious bias, and fostering a strong sense of belonging. The course also highlights the importance of building positive partnerships with families to ensure every child can thrive. Through practical examples and reflective activities, practitioners will leave with effective strategies they can apply immediately in their wraparound settings.
