Description

Throughout this course, you will:
- Learn basic cake decoration techniques such as icing, piping, and fondant work
- Explore the tools and materials used in cake decoration

- Gain confidence in working with different decorative styles and techniques
Please note: The qualification you will earn by undertaking this programme of learning is the NCFE Level 1 Award in Creative Craft (Art and Design).
Who is this course for?
This course is for anyone who wants to earn a qualification in Sugarcraft.
Entry Requirements
You need to have successfully completed the Introduction to Sugarcraft course. You also need to have at least a Level 1 Qualification in Maths or English. If you do not possess these, your English and Maths needs to be of a good standard.

What we expect from you
You are required to attend every session. The minimum required attendance for this course is 85%. Anything below this attendance will be reviewed by the Curriculum Development Manager and you may be withdrawn from the course and the outstanding course fees will still be payable.
