This course is an ideal introduction to working in a school setting, helping you build the essential knowledge and confidence to support children and young people. You will explore key topics such as safeguarding, communication, and the roles and responsibilities of school staff.
Throughout the course, you will:
Understand the roles and responsibilities of staff within a school
Develop effective communication skills for working with children and colleagues
Gain a solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection
Build confidence to work in a classroom environment
You will also achieve an Entry Level 3 Award in British Values qualification, enhancing your readiness for a role in education.
