This seven-week follow-on course is designed for learners who have completed an introductory digital skills course and are ready to build their confidence. You will develop practical skills in managing files, navigating the internet efficiently, using multiple applications, and handling emails with attachments. The course also introduces word processing tools, e-safety practices, and online communication skills. By the end of the course, you will be equipped with the knowledge to progress onto the EDSQ Entry Level 3 qualification.
